1. Objective
The client needed his own site, since he was tired of going out to distribute printed booklets with tours for companies and schools.
2. Result
Website with the following functionality:
- Catalog of excursions and tours with filtering by category
- List of personal articles about Sakhalin
- Cross-browser layout
- Custom weather module with RP5 service
3. Experience
I got an experience with:
- Joomla
- HTML / CSS layout for modern browsers
- HTML / CSS layout for Internet Explorer 6+
- Photoshop
Project details
The draft was created by my colleague from scratch and made up for me. I also dealt with the maintaining of the project from the idea to the final implementation.
This project was my graduation work, also I received a certificate of implementation. The Administration of the Sakhalin region recognized this site as one of the best on the island for domestic (Russian) tourism.
